📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of sales associates to meet sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain optimal product availability.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with the central office to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
