As a Guest House Operations Staff at PT. Sasana Cipta Mulia, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest services. You will work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining staff to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, including reservations and cancellations.
- Oversee housekeeping schedules and ensure all guest rooms are clean and well-maintained.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to address any room or facility issues promptly.
- Assist in managing guest services, including inquiries and special requests.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels for guest amenities and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff.
- Participate in training and development programs for staff.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in guest house operations or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using reservation and property management systems such as PMS (Property Management System).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus.
