As a Telesales representative, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound calls to promote and sell our products and services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Collaborate with the sales team to identify and develop new sales opportunities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or a similar role.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
