In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee performance and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design appropriate training solutions.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
