📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth running of the store.,Oversee inventory management, including stock taking, ordering, and replenishment.,Handle customer service and complaints to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Assist in training and developing new staff members.,Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or operations management.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
