📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract qualified candidates for various job openings through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most suitable candidates for the job.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments.,Prepare and send offer letters to selected candidates and assist with the onboarding process.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate data.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
