In this remote role, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient cash handling, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process and record all financial transactions accurately and efficiently.,Handle cash and manage the cash register, ensuring proper reconciliation at the end of each shift.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.,Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cash register area.,Follow all company policies and procedures related to financial transactions and customer service.,Assist in inventory management by recording and updating stock levels.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using basic accounting software or spreadsheet programs.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Willingness to work in a remote setting and follow company policies and procedures.
