📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Monitor and manage the production schedule to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of production staff, including operators, technicians, and quality control personnel.
• Conduct regular inspections of production processes to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure smooth production operations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of production goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production supervision or management role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control procedures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as ERP systems, quality control software, and data analysis tools.
