Urban Up Mandiri is looking for a talented Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. If you have a passion for clear and concise writing and a strong understanding of technical concepts, we want to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Write user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the development of training materials and tutorials,Provide support to customers and partners through documentation and FAQs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software (e.g., MadCap Flare, Confluence, Markdown),Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills
