Express Market Corporindo is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultant to join our team in Tuban, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and enhancing the customer experience through effective sales strategies and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and a proven track record of success in sales and customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure consistent performance and customer service standards.,Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels to meet customer demand.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
