In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of our company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies that align with our business goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing the company's financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Providing financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
  • Overseeing the preparation of tax returns and ensuring timely filing.
  • Managing the payroll process and ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees.
  • Providing financial advice and guidance to the management team.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian tax laws.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis.
