📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and multimedia content.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design appropriate programs.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and department heads to align training programs with business goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.,Proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
