📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our clients' systems and networks.,Develop and implement technical solutions to address client issues and improve system performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and services.,Conduct regular system reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide the best possible support to our clients.,Mentor and train junior engineers to ensure the continued growth and development of our team.,Participate in on-call duties to provide immediate support during critical system issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in system administration and networking.,Proven track record of providing technical support and troubleshooting complex issues.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

🛠️ Keahlian

Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies.Experience with cloud computing platforms and services.Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards.Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning tools.Ability to work with and manage large-scale systems and networks.Strong project management and organizational skills.
