📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software and hardware products,Collaborate with product development teams to gather information and clarify technical details,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other instructional materials,Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and meets industry standards,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity and correctness,Work with designers and developers to create visually appealing and user-friendly documentation,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Fluency in English is a must, Bahasa Indonesia is a plus

Technical writing tools (e.g.MadCap FlareAdobe FrameMakeror similar)Content Management Systems (CMS)Basic HTML and CSS knowledgeUnderstanding of software development processesExperience with Agile methodologiesKnowledge of technical standards and regulations
