In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs, analyzing organizational development needs, and providing insightful reports to support our company's growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials that align with the company's learning and development goals.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities for employees.,Analyze data and provide insightful reports on training effectiveness and organizational development initiatives.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring they are engaging and productive.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand their training and development needs.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and organizational development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a related field.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
