Sehati Vera Tea is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse in Canggu, Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of our products from storage to delivery.

As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers and delivery teams, and ensuring that our products are stored and handled safely and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the right amount of stock on hand to meet customer demand.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely receipt and storage of products.
  • Work closely with the delivery team to ensure that orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all warehouse staff.
  • Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure that all warehouse activities comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Train and mentor junior staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with tea or food and beverage industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to travel within Bali as needed.
