📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the auto service center, including scheduling, inventory, and staff coordination.,Oversee the work of service advisors, technicians, and support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.,Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.,Conduct regular staff training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.,Manage the store's budget and ensure efficient use of resources.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the automotive industry.,Proven experience in managing a team and driving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and sales tracking systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
