Food Base Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Support professional to join our team in Tulungagung, Jawa Timur. This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work from home and in the office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and a passion for helping others. We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and has excellent problem-solving skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and networks.,Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for users and systems.,Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and tools.,Document and maintain IT-related procedures and policies.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with network infrastructure and security.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
