📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to end-users, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.,Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.,Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Support the IT team in planning and executing IT projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting techniques.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.Experience with network devices and protocols (TCP/IPDNSDHCPetc.).Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMwareHyper-Vetc.).Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWSAzureGoogle Cloudetc.).Experience with IT helpdesk tools and ticketing systems.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
