PT Teratai Sejahtera is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Staff to join our team in Banyuwangi, Jawa Timur. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited IT experience to gain hands-on experience in a growing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various IT tasks and supporting the IT team in maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and software.,Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Assist in the setup and configuration of networks and servers.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Monitor and report on system performance and security.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Support the IT team in managing and resolving IT-related issues and incidents.,Participate in IT projects and tasks as assigned by the IT manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.,Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is a plus.
