In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the banquet operations, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and coordinate banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the highest standards of quality.,Oversee the banquet staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.,Manage event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and equipment rental.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized banquet area.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive experience for all attendees.,Monitor banquet operations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.,Prepare and present banquet reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in banquet operations, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of event planning and management principles.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficient in using event management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards is a plus.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
