📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and success.,Develop and implement data analysis strategies that align with business goals and objectives.,Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.,Create and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that data analysis efforts are integrated into broader business initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and best practices.,Mentor and train junior data analysts on data analysis techniques and tools.,Ensure that data analysis efforts are in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as data science, statistics, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of data analysis tools, such as SQL, Python, R, and Tableau.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.,Experience with data governance and quality assurance practices.
