Diamond Bit Abadi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead HR Generalist to join our team in Seminyak. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a passion for people development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to support business goals.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct training and development programs for employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Collaborate with management to address HR issues and concerns.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.,Certification in HR management or related field is a plus.
