Cemerlang Dairy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Telemarketing professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of telemarketers to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and develop team members.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of telemarketers to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.,Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the team remains competitive and effective.,Report on sales performance and team activities to senior management on a regular basis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles.,Strong background in sales and customer service with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members to enhance their performance.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
