Bidang Tono Coffee is looking for a dynamic Team Leader to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage a team of employees, ensuring they are productive and motivated.,Develop and implement training programs to improve team performance and skills.,Coordinate and manage daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.,Maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and support as needed.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the workplace is a safe and secure environment for all employees.,Work closely with other departments to ensure that all company goals and objectives are met.,Attend and participate in team meetings and other company events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and other stakeholders.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Experience in the coffee industry is a plus, but not required.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices is essential.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
