📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Teach and mentor students in aeromodelling techniques using flight simulators and drones.
• Develop and deliver engaging aeromodelling lessons and workshops.
• Assist in the maintenance and operation of flight simulators and drones.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with the SYFC team to improve and expand aeromodelling programs.
• Promote SYFC's programs and events to attract new students.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in aeromodelling technology.
• Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in aeromodelling instruction or related field.
• Certification in flight simulation or drone operation.
• Proficiency in using flight simulators and drones.
• Strong communication and teaching skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for aviation and commitment to inspiring the next generation.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
