📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement environmental management plans for all projects.
- Monitor and report on environmental performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international environmental regulations.
- Conduct environmental impact assessments and risk analyses for new projects.
- Train and advise project teams on environmental best practices.
- Coordinate with environmental consultants and stakeholders.
- Participate in audits and inspections to ensure environmental standards are met.
- Stay updated with the latest environmental regulations and industry trends.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in environmental management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Certification in Environmental Management Systems (EMS) such as ISO 14001 is a plus.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using environmental management software such as EnviroInsite or similar.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
