📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell a wide range of electronic products to customers in our retail stores.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer product-related inquiries.
• Assist in stock management and ensure that our shelves are well-stocked and organized.
• Conduct daily sales reports and provide regular updates to the store manager.
• Participate in in-store promotions, events, and displays to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, ensuring that our stores meet health and safety standards.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or retail role, preferably in the electronics industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with retail point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic inventory management software.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Valid ID and the ability to work in Bali, Indonesia.
• Passion for technology and a keen interest in the latest electronic products.
