📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job analysis and posting to candidate selection and onboarding
- Utilize Oracle PeopleSoft and LinkedIn Recruiter to streamline recruitment processes
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
- Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the mining or energy sector
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Strong knowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Certification in HR management or related field is a plus
