📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients and supplies.
• Source and negotiate with reliable suppliers to secure competitive prices and terms.
• Maintain and update our inventory management system, including SAP or similar software.
• Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
• Conduct regular supplier evaluations and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare and analyze purchase reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to support business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management in the F&B industry.
• Proficiency in using procurement software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
