📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits packages that align with company policies and market standards.
• Conduct market research to ensure our compensation strategies remain competitive and attractive to top talent.
• Manage the entire compensation and benefits process, including budgeting, negotiations with third-party providers, and compliance with local labor laws.
• Work closely with the HR team and senior management to ensure that our compensation strategies support business goals and employee satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze compensation data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on compensation-related queries and issues.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing compensation and benefits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
