📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of quality inspectors, ensuring they adhere to strict quality standards.
• Oversee the final inspection process, utilizing advanced tools such as Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and Optical Comparators.
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures, ensuring compliance with international standards like ISO 9001.
• Conduct root cause analysis for defects, identifying areas for improvement in our production processes.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the production team to enhance product quality.
• Ensure that all products meet the stringent quality standards before they are shipped to our global customers.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of our products throughout the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in our quality assurance processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within quality assurance or a similar field.
• Certification in quality management systems, such as Lean Six Sigma or ISO 9001.
• Proven experience in leading quality inspection teams and implementing quality control procedures.
• Strong understanding of quality standards and regulations, including ISO 9001 and AS9100.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.
• Proficiency in using advanced quality inspection tools like Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and Optical Comparators.
