📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on hotel facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and other equipment.
• Conduct inspections and repairs to ensure the safety and functionality of hotel equipment and systems.
• Work with state-of-the-art tools and software, such as SAP and Oracle, to streamline maintenance processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment.
• Assist in the implementation of energy-saving measures to reduce operational costs.
• Provide technical support to hotel staff and ensure the smooth operation of hotel facilities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of maintenance services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel maintenance and operations.
• Certification in hotel maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and other hotel equipment.
• Familiarity with SAP and Oracle software is a plus.
