📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of mall facilities, including cleaning, landscaping, and HVAC systems.
• Manage a team of maintenance staff, ensuring they are trained and equipped to handle various tasks efficiently.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of facility supplies and equipment.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for customers and staff.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address any issues promptly.
• Work closely with the mall management team to ensure all facility needs are met and exceeded.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve facility operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record of managing maintenance teams and coordinating with vendors.
• Knowledge of facility management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in Facility Management (CFM) or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Familiarity with retail and mall operations is a plus.
