🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CSR, community development, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of CSR principles, frameworks, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CSR reporting tools and software, such as SAP CSR or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
