📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the data center, ensuring 24/7 uptime and reliability.
• Manage a team of 10-15 technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and maintain server and network infrastructure, including hardware and software.
• Implement and enforce security protocols to protect against physical and cyber threats.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain detailed operational reports and documentation.
• Participate in on-call duties and emergency response protocols to address any critical issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center operations, with a focus on critical infrastructure.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or ITIL Foundation are a plus.
• Proven experience in managing teams and ensuring operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of data center technologies, including power distribution, cooling systems, and security measures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with minimal supervision.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
