Airbnb is seeking a Senior Demand Strategy Lead to join our Experiences team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive demand for Airbnb Experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, analyze market trends, and implement initiatives to increase bookings and revenue.

This is a remote position, and the selected candidate will be based in the United States. The salary for this role is negotiable and will be based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and execute demand strategy initiatives to drive bookings and revenue for Airbnb Experiences.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and partnerships.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of demand strategy initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of demand strategy specialists.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand strategy.
  • Represent Airbnb at industry events and conferences.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in demand strategy, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving demand and revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, Tableau, or SQL.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for travel and the Airbnb mission.
