📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage all financial transactions including check-in, check-out, and guest payments.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of guest payments using POS systems and other financial tools.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, including handling cash deposits and withdrawals.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cashier or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial transactions and POS systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
