📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of chefs, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.

• Oversee inventory management and procurement to maintain optimal kitchen operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including HACCP and food hygiene standards.

• Innovate and experiment with new culinary techniques and ingredients to keep the menu fresh and exciting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
