📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Lead talent development programs and training initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management
- Certification in HR management or related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR)
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia
- Proficient in using HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
